The ePulse Audit Logger (eAL) has been specifically designed to meet FSA, SEC, IFRS and other regulatory requirements for recording and on-line access of all Instant Messaging (IM) forms of communications.The eAL is provided as an integral part of the ePulse OTCtrader application which is available on white label or sub-license basis. The Audit System is also optionally available to the ePulse Messenger community of users.
Secure access to audit logs are available through an easy to use on-line interface on the following basis:
- Compliance is permissioned to access all inbound and outbound IM conversational threads within an organisation as well as log-on, log-off details, starter and leavers as well as the members directory listings. Transports supported include AOL Instant Messaging (AIM) , Yahoo! Instant Messaging, MSN and OTC
- Department heads or heads of trading desks can be permissioned to access all messages within their groups and areas of responsibilities as well as their OTCtrader directory listing profiles
- Individual users can view their own messages and directory listing profile
All conversations are stored and accessible on-line on the following basis:
- Up to 7 Days printable local history searchable by date, counter-party, colour or direction
- Up to 180 days on-line history searchable by date, counter-party and key word threads
- Up to 7 years optional on-line history on the above basis

Audit logs extraction facilities can be made available for organisation to import their inbound and outbound messages into their own in-house tracking and logging system
